WHAT WE DO. HOW WE DO IT
01.INTRODUCTION
Within this first stage, clients will be introduced with the three main services that Dutchy Design offers. It is crucial for clients to know what could they expect and also what other services they could use that could improve their company that they might not know before.02.BRIEFING
In the first meeting, clients will propose a problem and if Dutchy Design feels that they are capable of solving it, a briefing process form the clients to Dutchy Design will begin. Clients are expected to know what objectives do they want to achieve, their desired identity, target group, and other fundamental aspects of their company. Drawing up a clearly expressed brief with a clearly defined goal is fundamental to commissioning great creative work. The better the brief, the better the result.03.QUOTATION
Before starting any research and creative process to solve the problem, an approximate quota will be made based on the number of people, hours and difficulty level of the case. A higher quality result means a more thorough research process and more people or hours will be worked on the case.04.DEBRIEFING
After the quota is agreed on, Dutchy Design will gather with its creative team and create a debriefing, because the best way to free designers to be at their most creative is to make sure they understand the parameters in which they are working. Later on this debriefing will be sent to the clients and the clients will approve this if this is correct to avoid interference of the research and design work by constantly changing the request. If a client does not know exactly what they want, how will they be able to judge what is produce?05.RESEARCH PROCESS
Research process is as important as the creative process and is often underestimate by clients because they want an instant result. The quality of ones work can be judge by the time and effort they put in the research stage. Researching the target group's behaviour, interest, the appropriate style and graphic that match the client's desired identity, all of these are crucial aspects in developing a good design.06.CREATIVE PROCESS
With the research results on hand, it is now possible to enter the creative stage of the design process. Based on the research, the design team will develop the most unique and suitable design for the clients. After countless design being generated, three best sketches will be chosen and presented to the clients. After choosing one design that they favour the most and giving their feedback, the design will be perfected into preliminary design and finally the final design.07.APPROVAL
Before going to production stage, the clients will be asked for their approval on the finaldesign. This approval stage is very important and the clients need to be certain with the design so if there is any mistake it could be avoided before the production stage. After client's approval, the team could move on and make the planning of the project in a greater detail.08.PRODUCTION
After the planning is finalized, the production phase can then start.During the production phase, several presentations will be made for the clients to show the progress of the project and to ensure that everything is going in the right direction.09.FINALIZATION
Once the production phase is finished, a final presentation will be made for the client with all of the final products. The project will then be closed with a written approval from the client.10.EVALUATION
The evaluation stage is crucial for both the clients and Dutchy Design. By evaluating the whole process of the project, both companies could improve their weaknesses and strengthen their communication skills when communicating their wish to one another.
